Booking requests

Booking online sends a request for a visit. It isn't confirmed until your mechanic contacts you to confirm the time. Nothing is charged when you book.

Quotes and payment

Your mechanic looks at the vehicle and gives you the price before starting any work. Work starts only after you approve it. Payment is due when the work is done.

Where we work

You agree that the mechanic may work on the vehicle at the address you give, and that you have the right to have work done there. Let us know about any building, apartment or HOA rules. If a location turns out to be unsafe or a repair needs a shop, your mechanic will tell you and won't start the job.

Cancelling

You can cancel a request that hasn't been completed from My bookings, or by calling us.
