Closer than the nearest shop
A shop being two miles away still means getting the car there, which is the hard part when it won't start, the brakes are grinding, or you simply can't lose a day. A mobile mechanic removes the distance entirely. You pick the address and the time window, and the repair comes to you.
Across Dallas
We come to neighborhoods all over the city:
- Central: Downtown, Uptown, Victory Park, the Design District, Oak Lawn and the Cedars
- North: Preston Hollow, Preston Center, North Dallas, Far North Dallas and the area around Love Field
- East: Lakewood, Lower Greenville, the M Streets, Lake Highlands, White Rock and Casa View
- South and southwest: Oak Cliff, Bishop Arts, Kessler Park and Pleasant Grove
If you're just outside the city, in one of the cities nearby, book anyway and put your location in the notes. Your mechanic will confirm whether they can make it.
What to put in your booking
- The exact address where the car is parked, plus a gate code or parking level if there is one
- What the car is doing: the noise, the warning light, when it started
- The year, make, model and engine (or scan the VIN in the booking form)
- A time window that works for you
Fast when it matters
Same-day visits are often possible when you book early in the day. Pick "Today" and "ASAP" in the booking form, and your mechanic will confirm the earliest time they can get there.
Questions
How fast can a mobile mechanic get to me?
Same-day is often possible, especially if you book in the morning. The booking form shows which windows are still open today.
Do you come to apartments?
Yes. Most apartment lots work fine. Let us know about gates, parking levels or building rules in the notes.
Do you work outside Dallas city limits?
Book with your location in the notes, and your mechanic will tell you right away if they can come.
